Mariam Hamdani and Valerie Msoka are two veteran TAMWANITES who have this year made their mark in Tanzania’s media literary scene.

In a book titled ‘A history of Zanzibar Media – Traditions and Transitions’ Mariam Hamdani and co-authors Ali Rashid and Fatma S. Amour, chronicle the history of media and mass communication development in Zanzibar from time immemorial to-date.
